All payments made to Certease are non-refundable. Once a client confirms and proceeds with payment, it is deemed as acceptance of our service terms and an official project engagement.
This is due to the nature of our services, which involve dedicated planning, expert allocation, document development, and personalised consultancy from the moment a project begins.
Clients may choose to discontinue a service at any stage; however, such cancellations:
Do not entitle the client to any refund, whether partial or full.
Will not affect any dues already committed or invoiced.
May impact the completion or delivery of services as originally scheduled or agreed upon.
We recommend that clients thoroughly review service details, pricing, and timelines before confirming payment.
In extremely rare circumstances where a service cannot be initiated due to unforeseen issues on our end, we may, at our sole discretion, consider:
Offering a service credit for future use
Rescheduling the service engagement
Refunds will not be issued under any condition.
